Potatoes: 2 kg
Ground beef: 1 kg
Leek: 500 gr
Grated cheese: 1 coffee cup
Onion cubes: 1 tablespoon
Garlic puree: 1 teaspoon
Parsley: 2 tablespoons
Butter: 50 g
Smoked paprika powder: 1 teaspoon
Cajun spices: 1 teaspoon
Step 1: Sauté the diced onion and garlic in a pan until golden brown. Add the ground beef and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the leek and season with paprika and Cajun spices. Place the ground beef in a baking dish, making sure it's evenly distributed across the bottom.
Step 2: Cut the potatoes into chunks and boil them in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter and chopped parsley and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mash over the ground meat and sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Make sure the top is crispy.
Step 3: Arrange the plates. Garnish with arugula, tomato, and mustard sauce. Serve with the salad on the side.
