





Peeled potatoes: 2 kg
Fresh kale: 1 kg
Smoked sausage: 1 p.p.
Bacon: 2 tablespoons
Gravy powder: ±500 ml
Butter: ± 1 pack
Salt/pepper
Step 1: Boil the potatoes and kale in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
Step 2: Add some butter to the potatoes and kale, mash it with the masher until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Fry the bacon until crispy and set aside.
Step 4: Heat the smoked sausage in its packaging in a pan of water for 15-20 minutes. Make sure the water does not boil.
Step 5: Make the gravy as directed on the package.
Step 6: Plate the food, make sure the plates are neat and clean, and take a picture of the dish.
