Beef stew with boiled potatoes, red cabbage with apple

Stew meat: 1 kg

Vegetable mix: 500 gr

Peeled potatoes: 1.5 kg

Red cabbage with apples: 1.5 kg

Parsley: finely chopped 2 tablespoons

Butter/pepper/salt

Step 1: Heat the stew meat in a pan, add the vegetables, and bring to a simmer over low heat. Stir constantly to prevent the meat from burning on the bottom.

Step 2: Heat the red cabbage and apple over low heat, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Cut the potatoes into equal sizes.

Step 4: Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain the potatoes, return them to the pot, and add the melted butter and chopped parsley. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Plate the food. Make sure the plates are clean and take a photo of the dish.
