Bacon-wrapped meat roll with boiled potatoes, gravy and stir-fried vegetables

Bacon-wrapped meat roll: 2pp

Potatoes (peeled): 200 g pp

Stir-fry vegetables: 150 g pp

Gravy powder: according to packaging instructions

Chopped parsley: 1 teaspoon pp

Step 1: Cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.

Step 2: Boil the potatoes in a large pan of salted water until tender. Drain them when cooked, then return them to the pan. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Pan-fry the pork sausages (slavinken) on both sides until fully cooked. Add the gravy and let it gently reduce over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 4: Stir-fry the vegetables in a pan until cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You may also use vegetable stock or Cajun spices for extra flavour.

Step 5: Plate the dish neatly. Make sure the plates are clean and presentable, and take a photo of the dish before serving.
