Bami with Halal Chicken Satay, Satay Sauce, Atjar, Shrimp Crackers and Fried Onions

Chicken satay (Family Chicken): 2 pp

Noodles cooked: 150 gr pp

Bami vegetables: 100 gr pp

Knorr bami mix: see packaging

Garlic puree: 1 tablespoon

Satay sauce: 2/3 tablespoons

Fried onions: for garnish

Step 1: Fry the chicken satay in the frying pan.

Step 2: Cook the noodles until done, rinse them with cold water and place them in a stainless steel container.

Step 3: Sauté the vegetables in a pan with hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic puree (1 tablespoon), the Knorr bami mix, and 250 ml of water. Let this reduce for 2-3 minutes, then mix with the noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Heat the satay sauce in the saucepan.

Step 5: Arrange the plates. Serve the bami with pickled cucumber, prawn crackers, and fried onions.
