Chicken leg with fried potatoes, vegetables and gravy

Chicken leg: 1 p.p.

Baby potatoes: 1kg (150g per person)

Paprika powder: 1 teaspoon

Curry powder: 1 teaspoon

Cajun spices: 1 teaspoon

Green beans: 150 gr

Chives: 1 teaspoon

Gravy powder

Pepper/salt/oil/butter

Step 1: Marinate the chicken with paprika powder, curry powder, Cajun spices, salt and pepper.

Step 2: Brown the chicken leg on both sides in the frying pan and place the chicken leg in an oven dish.

Step 3: Prepare the gravy as directed on the package. Add it to the chicken. Bake the chicken in the oven at 165°C (325°F) for 45 minutes.

Step 4: Boil the baby potatoes in a large pan of salted water until tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pan with melted butter and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Heat the green beans in a pan with a little melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6: Plate the food. Make sure the plates are nice and clean and take a photo of the dish.
