Chili con carne met rijst

Ground beef: 1 kg

Knorr chili con carne mix: 150 g in 1 l water

Rice: 6 coffee cups of 180 cl cup rice

Paprika traffic light: 3 pieces cut into cubes

Corn: 1 can

Kidney beans: 3 cans

Tomato puree: 6 tablespoons

Onions: 3 large onions, chopped

Chives: 2 tablespoons

Stap 1: Kook de rijst af zoals wordt aangegeven op de verpakking. Voeg 1 eetlepel bieslook toe.

Step 2: Cook the minced meat in the frying pan until done, add the garlic puree and the Knorr mix.

Step 3: Add the diced bell peppers, corn, kidney beans, and 1 liter of water to the ground meat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper and add 1 tablespoon of chives.

Step 4: Plate the food. Make sure the plates are nice and clean and take a photo of the dish.
