Mexican wrap with rice

Ground beef: 1 kg

Wraps: 1 pc

Corn: 1 can

Paprika traffic light: 3 pcs, diced

Kidney beans: 1 can

Onions coarse: 2 pieces

Tomato puree: 4 tablespoons

Red fresh pepper: 1 pc

Chives, finely chopped: 2 tablespoons

Slices of Beemster cheese: 1 slice per person

Step 1: Cook the minced meat in a pan and add onion cubes, garlic, red pepper, paprika, corn, red onions and kidney beans and season with salt and pepper, add the tomato puree and fry for 2/3 minutes on medium heat.

Step 2: Fill the wraps with the minced meat filling and roll them up.

Step 3: Cover the rolled wrap with cheese and place the wraps in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 175°C.

Step 4: Cook the rice according to the package directions. Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives.

Step 5: Arrange on plates and serve with salad and sauces.
