





Boerske burger: 1 pp
Rozeval potatoes: 1 kg per 5 persons
Burger buns: 1 pp
Red onions: 2 tablespoons pp
Mozzarella slice: 1 slice pp
Green pesto: for garnish
Arugula: for garnish
Beef tomato: 1 slice pp
Step 1: Cook the burgers on a hot plate at 180°C. Place a slice of mozzarella on top of each burger so it melts while cooking.
Step 2: Bake the burger buns on a baking tray until lightly golden. Set aside.
Step 3: Slice the beef tomatoes into rounds and prepare together with the arugula in a container.
Step 4: Slice the red onions into rings and sauté them in a pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Cut the potatoes in half. Toss them with a little oil, salt, and pepper, then roast or pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 6: Assemble the dish. Plate neatly and serve the burger with the salad on the side.
