Chicken schnitzel with fries, coleslaw and stroganoff sauce

Chicken schnitzel Family chicken: 1 p.p.

Fries: 150 g per person

Coleslaw: 2 tablespoons

Stroganoff sauce Hela: ±2 tablespoons

Step 1: Deep-fry the schnitzels for 3-4 minutes at 160°C (320°F) until golden brown. Arrange them in a stainless steel dish, overlapping them. Bake the schnitzels in the oven for 10 minutes at 120°C (250°F).

Step 2: Heat the stroganoff sauce in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly.

Step 3: Fry the fries and season with fries herbs.

Step 4: Plate the schnitzel and serve it with coleslaw. Make sure the plates are clean and take a photo of the dish.
