Fish fillet with rice and stir-fried vegetables

(Recipe is for approximately 6 persons)

Fish fillet: 1 p.p.

Uncooked rice: ± 4 coffee cups (± 6 persons)

Stir-fried vegetables chefs: 1 kg

Peterselie fijn gehakt: 2 eetlepels

Parsley finely chopped: 2 tablespoons

Pepper/salt/butter

Step 1: Place the thawed fish in a stainless steel baking dish lined with parchment paper. Season with a little Cajun spice (note that Cajun is very salty). Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160°C (320°F).

Step 2: Cook the rice according to the package directions. Once cooked, add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Sauté the vegetables in butter in a skillet until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Make sure the vegetables are still slightly crunchy.

Step 4: Plate the food, make sure the plates are clean and take a picture of the dish.
