Meatball with satay sauce, fried potato, fried onion and green beans

Peeled potatoes: 1 kg

Ground beef: 1 kg (150 g per person)

Whole ball mix: 170 gr

Green beans: 1 kg

Paprika powder: 1 tablespoon

Cajun spices: 1 tablespoon

Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons

Fried onions: garnish

Gravy: ± 500 ml

Satay sauce: ± 3 tablespoons per person

Step 1: Make the meatballs. Combine the ground beef and Hela meatball mix. Add a small amount of water (10%) and form the meatballs. Make sure you get at least 6-7 meatballs from this recipe.

Step 2: Brown the meatballs in the pan and deglaze them with the gravy. Let the meatballs cook in the gravy over low heat for at least 20 minutes.

Step 3: Cut the potatoes into equal sizes.

Step 4: Fry the potatoes in the oil in a frying pan, when the potatoes are almost done, add 1 tablespoon of paprika powder, 1 tablespoon of Cajun powder and 2 tablespoons of parsley.

Step 5: Heat the green beans in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6: Heat the satay sauce.

Step 7: Plate the food, make sure the plates are clean and take a picture of the dish.
