Hornbach burger with fries, salad, sauce and fried onion rings

Ground beef: 1 kg (6 pcs.)

Whole hamburger mix: 30 g (4 tablespoons) for 1 kg minced meat

Hamburger buns: 1 per person

Fries: 150 g per person

Cucumber: 2 slices per person

Tomato: 1 slice per person

Pickle slices: 3-4 per person

Fried onion rings: 3-4 per person

Romaine lettuce

Step 1: Mix the minced meat with the Hela hamburger seasoning.

Step 2: Portion the hamburgers 150 g per person.

Step 3: Sear the hamburger and place it in a stainless steel container.

Step 4: Bake the rolls and set them aside.

Step 5: Fry the onion rings.

Step 6: Fry the fries and season with fries spices.

Step 7: Top the burger with cheese and bacon. Bake for 5-6 minutes at 150°C (300°F) until the cheese melts thoroughly.

Step 8: Make the sauce. Mix 1/3 of a stainless steel bowl with the base and 3 tablespoons of curry powder.

Step 9: Slice the tomato and set it aside with the gherkin slices and romaine lettuce. Top the rolls with the lettuce, tomato, and gherkin.

Step 10: Arrange the plates.
