







Boerske burger: 6 pieces
Mozzarella slice: 1 slice pp
Bacon: 2 slices pp
Burger buns: 1 pp
Fries: 150 g pp
Cucumber: 2 slices pp
Tomato: 1 slice pp
Pickle slices: 3 slices pp
Fried onion rings: 3 pp
Romaine lettuce
Step 1: Cook the burgers until browned and place them in a stainless-steel tray.
Step 2: Bake the burger buns and set them aside.
Step 3: Deep-fry the onion rings.
Step 4: Cook the fries until golden and crispy. Season with French fry seasoning.
Step 5: Top each burger with a slice of mozzarella and 2 slices of bacon. Bake for 5–6 minutes at 150°C until the mozzarella has fully melted.
Step 6: Prepare the sauce. Mix 1/3 stainless-steel tray of base sauce with 3 tablespoons of curry sauce.
Step 7: Slice the tomato and prepare it together with the pickle slices and romaine lettuce. Assemble the buns with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
Step 8: Plate the dish and serve.
