Tasty cup with fries, remoulade sauce and coleslaw

Sweet tooth: 1 p.p.

Fries: 150 gr

Romaine lettuce: 1 pack 500 gr

Tomato: 2 pcs.

Cucumber: 1 pc.

Red onion: 1 pc.

Basic sauce 1/6 container

Salt/pepper

Oil/vinegar: 2 tablespoons of both

Step 1: Thinly slice the tomato, cucumber, and red onion and mix with the romaine lettuce. Season the salad with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. (This salad recipe serves approximately 10 people.)

Step 2: Deep-fry the sweetbreads at 175°C (350°F) until golden brown and place them in a stainless steel baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Step 3: Fry the fries and season with salt.

Step 4: Arrange on plates and serve with remoulade sauce and coleslaw.
