Chicken gyros with fried potatoes, tzatziki, bread and salad

Chicken gyros family chicken: 180 g p.p.

Peeled potatoes: 200 g p.p.

Pocket bread: ½ p.p.

Iceberg lettuce: 1 pc

Red onions: 2 pcs

Tomato: 2 pcs

Cucumber: 1 pc

Traffic light peppers: 1, 1, 1 pc

Tzatziki: serve alongside salad

Sunflower oil: 3-4 tablespoons

Salt/pepper

Step 1: Cut the potatoes into equal-sized pieces.

Step 2: Fry the potatoes in a frying pan with a little oil. Fry the potatoes until nicely golden brown and add a little chives, pepper and Cajun spices.

Step 3: Sear the gyros in a pan or on the griddle. Place the gyros in an oven dish. Finish the gyros in the oven for 10 minutes at 160°C.

Step 4: Cut the iceberg lettuce, red onions, peppers, tomato and cucumber into thin strips and toss into a salad. Season with oil, vinegar, pepper and salt. Serve olives and feta cheese separately.

Step 5: Bake the bread as indicated on the packaging.

Step 6: Plate the dishes and serve with tzatziki and salad.
