Chef’s Dessert – Bavarian Cream with Mocha Ice Cream

Use the caramel sauce to draw a few nice circles on the plate, place the bavarois on top, add a nice swirl of whipped cream next to it, and place a scoop of mocha ice cream next to the whipped cream so it doesn't slide away. Stick a few mint leaves into the whipped cream, and sprinkle the whole thing with some powdered sugar.
