Meatballs in spicy tomato sauce, vegetables and rice

Order from chefs

(Ground) beef: 1 kg for 6 persons

Whole meatball mix: 170 g for 1 kg minced meat

Rice: 4 coffee cups at 180°C

Vegetable mix: 500 gr 1 bag

Sambal Oelek: 1 tablespoon

Hela Pomodoro sauce: 500 ml

Chives: 2 tablespoons

Step 1: Make the meatballs (mix the ground meat with the Hela meatball seasoning). Form meatballs of approximately 50 grams.

Step 2: Fry the meatballs on both sides in the frying pan until cooked through.

Step 3: Heat 500 ml Pomodoro sauce and add the vegetable mix. Thin the sauce with water if necessary.

Step 4: Add the meatballs to the sauce and let it simmer on low heat for at least 30 minutes.

Step 5: Cook the rice according to the package directions and add the chives. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6: Plate the food. Make sure the plates are nice and clean and take a photo of the dish.
