Meatballs with boiled potatoes, cauliflower, and gravy

Peeled potatoes: 1200 g

Ground beef: 1 kg

Diced onion: 250 g

Cauliflower: 1 head

Gravy mix: see recipe

Hela ground meat mix: 170 g per 1 kg of ground meat

Pepper/salt

Curry powder: 1 teaspoon

Step 1: Shape the ground beef into balls and fry them in a skillet, turning them over as they cook

Step 2: Prepare the gravy according to the package directions and add it to the meatballs

Step 3: Cut the cauliflower into pieces and cook it in a pot with plenty of salted water until tender. Be careful not to overcook the cauliflower. Drain the cauliflower, rinse it immediately with cold water, return it to the pot, and season it with salt, pepper, and a little curry powder.

Step 4: Cook the potatoes until tender in a pot with plenty of salted water. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add melted butter and chopped parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
